Transforming Customer Experiences November 2025 Calendar


To earn the Certificate of Completion in Transforming Customer Experiences, all modules and assignments must be completed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (UTC 18:00) on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. All modules open upon completion of the previous module. To help you stay on track, we recommend completing each module according to the following schedule, spending approximately 5-6 hours on each module.


Enrolled participants will retain access to the course until February 8, 2026. Note: Each week is separated by an empty row.
